Prior to placing an order, please read the online shop’s order and delivery terms.

General terms for the online shop

The products in the online shop are sold by EJR-Products Oy (Business ID 2927461-1).

We sell products to adult private individuals in Finland and European countries.

The product prices include VAT.

We retain the right to make changes to prices and shipping costs.

You are not required to register to use the online shop.


Placing an order

You can order products online using the shopping basket on The current prices for products on the online shop are shown on the product pages. Those placing orders must be at least 18 years old. By placing an order, the customer accepts the online shop’s order and delivery terms.

We retain the right to make changes to prices and cancel orders if we believe such an action to be justified. The online shop retains the right to cancel an order if there has been a clear error in the price. A clear error in the price is defined as a potential mistake in the pricing of the product, whereby the product’s price clearly differs from the correct price, for example, if it were EUR 0, or if there were no price at all.


Order confirmation

We will provide an order confirmation by email. The order information contains content relating to the order, so please retain the email in case you need it for future reference. Orders are confirmed by email, stating the order price, shipping costs, and the products ordered. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when placing the order. The customer commits to adhering to the current delivery terms at the time of each order.


Payment methods

Klarna’s payment methods

In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (public limited company) (headquarters: Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden) we offer the following payment methods, whereby the payment is made directly to Klarna:

Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and online banking.

Invoice: payment terms: within 14 days of receipt of the delivery. The terms for Klarna invoices are available here:

Flexible installments: you can pay for your purchase in flexible monthly installments, provided the amount is at least 1/24 of the sum owed (minimum amount payable is EUR 5.00 including interest on the remaining payment).

Fixed instalments: you can select different monthly options when paying. The installments reduce in amount each month as the balance remaining reduces in size.

Campaign invoice: if offered the opportunity to have the payment term for the initial payment extended by 1–3 months (e.g. ‘buy now, pay in February’), you can pay for your purchases in accordance with the terms of the campaign invoice.

Shipping times

For products available in our warehouse, the estimated shipping time is one week. Our range also features a number of custom products, which are made to order. The estimated shipping time for made-to-order products is 3–4 weeks. Any exceptions to the stated shipping times will be stated on the website.


Shipping methods and costs

Orders are shipped via DHL to the delivery address provided by the customer. Shipping costs include transportation and packaging costs. You can find out the shipping costs after selecting the payment and shipping methods in the shopping basket section of the website.


Return terms

The contents of the shipment must be checked immediately upon receipt. If the contents of the package do not correspond with the order, or if the products have been broken in transport, this must be reported immediately. Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, there is a 14-day right of return and exchange for all unused products in re-sellable condition. The right of return only applies to unused products in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging. You can find more information on the website of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority on the cancellation right in distance sales. The right of return does not apply to made-to-order items with shipping times of more than two weeks. We will charge return fees for the return of products or uncollected deliveries.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.

Customer returns must always be agreed upon in advance.

Please include the following information with the return:

  • the customer’s name, address and phone number
  • bank account number
  • and a copy of the order confirmation

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact the customer service department of our online shop as soon as possible. We will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges if you have been sent a defective or incorrect product, however in any other circumstances you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

Issues occurring during transportation and due to defective products

If a product has been lost or damaged during transportation, or the wrong product has been sent, the customer must inform Masokisti of this immediately by email to

We recommend that you check the condition of your order immediately upon receipt. Notifications of incorrect deliveries or defective products must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the packaging has been damaged during transportation, a complaint must be submitted immediately to DHL’s customer service department.


Other matters

We retain the right to make changes to our delivery terms. Prior to placing an order, the customer must familiarise themselves with the current delivery terms.

The online shop shall accept no responsibility for product information on the websites of third parties. EJR Products Oy does not regularly check the content of third parties’ websites.
